Created in early 2023 we took over a commercial kitchen in Daylesford (Victoria, Australia) to give us a place to cook, teach and make.
I (Ryan) have 25 years of experience in the food industry as a chef, teaching vocational and leisure market classes. I have a lifelong passion for wood-fired cooking and slow food.
